Good printer, slow support
I recently got the AnkerMake M5C and some PETG Filament. The printer itself is a beast for the price, prints really fast and accurately. The filament quality was also good, no clogs or issues. My main gripe was with customer service; I had a question about a setting in the slicing software, and it took almost 3 days to get a clear answer via email. Shipping was standard, about 6 days to get to me. Overall, good value for the hardware, but they could really improve their response times for support queries.
